- 80% of Lecturers undergo at least one academic or professionalism enhancement program every year.
- 80% of Trainee Lecturers undergo professional specialization training and/or a doctorate of philosophy within 2 years.
- 80% of non-academic administrative staff attend at least one professionalism enhancement program every year.
Research
- 30% of academic staff conduct research every year.
Publication
- Achieve an average of one publication a year for each academic staff member.
