Centre for Translational Research and Epidemiology (CenTRE)
The Centre for Translational Research and Epidemiology (CenTRE) was established in January 2010 and is located in Selayang and Sungai Buloh Campuses.
The Centre for Translational Research (CTR) conducts clinical trial and is located in both Selayang and Sg Buloh Campuses. The Centre for Epidemiology and Statistics in Sg Buloh Campus conduct epidemiology studies and provides support in statistics, study design and analysis.

Institute of Medical Molecular Biothechnology (IMMB)
IMMB is a multidisciplinary institute for molecular research, open for lecturers from the medical faculty as well as other faculties within UiTM or other universities. IMMB is equipped with state of the art equipment, catering for research in genomics, proteomics and molecular cell biology.

Centre for Pathology Diagnostic & Research Laboratories (CPDRL)
CPDRL function is to provide diagnostic and consultancy services in the field of Chemical Pathology, Haematology& Transfusion Medicine , Anatomic Pathology, Medical Microbiology and Forensic Medicine for the UiTM Specialist Centre (PPUiTM).
In research, the centre conducts and facilitates research and development in Pathology and other clinical disciplines for the faculty members and external researchers.
CPDRL provides facilities based on the units that is available in the laboratories;
Laboratory Animal Care Unit (LACU)
Laboratory Animal Care Unit (LACU) is a centralized animal research center for the Faculty of Medicine, UiTM Sg. Buloh Campus. Since its foundation in March 2010, it has served its purposes as a centre for the exclusive use of laboratory animals in research and teaching through a proper humane care and management of laboratory animals in particular the rodents. It main facilities include the quarantine, breeding, experimental rooms, surgical theatre, experimental and procedure rooms, general laboratory, washing area, dry food and bedding storage, general waste room, clinical waste room and carcass storage. Various advanced equipments are available for particular research studies at master, postgraduate and postdoctoral studies in basic medical sciences and advanced biomedical areas. This centre also conducts workshops, seminars and training on related areas in the care and maintenance and consultation of laboratory animals and offer assistance for collaborative works and attachments.
