Introduction
The features of postgraduate training include a progressive syllabus that has both formal and informal elements, a recognised trainer and training unit, proactive supervision, a balance of clinical duties and educational activities, protected time for education, and defined exit outcomes. Current postgraduate activities conforms to the newly developed National Postgraduate Curriculum that spans through all specialties. One of our focus will be training the supervisors as well as work-based assessments.
