Innovation in Medical Education
The Medical Education Research and Development Unit would like to invite you to the membership of a newly established special interest group in Medical Education. The aims and objectives of this group are:
· To establish a national and international network connecting medical and health educators.
· To share resources (research papers, reviews, abstracts, book reviews, monographs, personal views, and websites) on different aspects of Medical Education.
· To discuss on a monthly basis published research papers on Medical Education
· To provide information on workshops and training programs on Medical Education.
· To discuss challenges facing Medical Education at students and teachers levels.
· To establish a group interested in research collaboration on Medical Education.
· To discuss emerging issues on Medical Education particularly in the area of curriculum design, assessment, research and evaluation.
· To encourage young researchers interested in research in the area of Medical Education.
· To share innovative ideas and best practices in Medical Education.
· To discuss professional development of educators and those with particular interests in Medical Education.
